Cfg Health System Llc is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct care in a correctional MAT program. You will administer MAT medications, perform nursing assessments, document in the EHR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compliant care delivery.

Ideal candidates have an active NJ LPN license, a year of nursing experience (corrections or behavioral health preferred), and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in NJ.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; corrections/behavioral health preferred.
• BLS certification current and active.
• Familiarity with MAT protocols, controlled substances handling, and related regulations.

Responsabilités

• Administer MAT medications per orders and protocols.
• Perform nursing assessments for withdrawal, treatment response, and side effects.
• Document care in the EHR accurately.
• Coordinate with MAT providers, nursing staff, and security for continuous care.
• Educate patients on treatment adherence and safety.
• Maintain medication inventory and compliance with regulations.
