Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college.
• Experience overseeing outpatient MAT/IOP/PHP/SUD programs.
• Experience in narcotic treatment programs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage daily clinic operations to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Develop and manage the clinic’s annual budget and strategic plan.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on clinical and medical matters.
• Oversee policy development and implementation related to community relations and public affairs.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and timely submissions to agencies.
• Hire, evaluate, train, and develop clinic staff; foster a positive work culture.
• Protect patient confidentiality and secure medical records and documentation.
• Lead risk management, including incident investigations and data‑driven improvements.
