Community Guidance Center seeks qualified therapists for its Family Based program. You will provide in-home therapy and family support, focusing on family-driven goals and safety planning. You will work with a Bachelor’s/Graduate level clinician, attend state trainings, and deliver crisis stabilization and interagency coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Masters or higher degree in a relevant field as required by program.
• License or certification per OMH as mental health family based worker when applicable.
• Experience with CASSP systems or related mental health services is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead therapist on the Family Based treatment team with another clinician and supervisor.
• Develop and implement treatment goals and safety plans in sessions with families.
• Conduct strengths and safety assessments, coordinate community resources, provide crisis stabilization.
• Utilize family, individual, group, and parent therapy modalities including the SELF model.
• Complete insurance authorizations and ensure medical necessity with managed care.
