Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a Therapist to deliver trauma-informed in-home family therapy within our Family Preservation Services program. You will guide children and families toward self-regulation, safe environments, and stable homes while coordinating with community partners.

Role requires a master's degree in a relevant field and LMSW/LMFT licensure with 2+ years of experience. A strong focus on documentation, collaboration, and crisis support is essential for success in this

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
• LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC licensure; clinical licensure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based assessments.
• Collaborate with public/private agencies and community partners.
• Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions.
• Ensure timely documentation for client case records and reports.
• Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff.
• Use technology to maintain electronic client files and data.
