Job summary

Harmony Family Center is seeking a Full-Time Family Therapist for the ASAP/GSAP program. The role provides in-home and community-based family and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and comprehensive case management to children and families.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field, at least two years of direct clinical experience, and a valid driver’s license. Expect 40 hours weekly, with afternoon/evening availability and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work, or equivalent.
• Two years of direct clinical experience with families and children in individual and group settings.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and travel to client homes as needed.
• Clear Harmony pre-employment background checks and flexible 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Clinically assess needs of the child and family.
• Provide crisis and non-crisis intervention with timely outreach and in-home visits.
• Deliver individual and family therapy up to 32 sessions or 365 days in client homes or other locations.
• Coordinate community meetings, referrals, and DCS communication.
• Plan and implement ASAP Family Camps and Day Camps at Montvale.
• Provide case management, advocacy, and resource linkage for families.
