Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• Knowledge of FHR, DPH, DMH policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and provide treatment and support services.
• Utilize clinical skills within a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement the Treatment Plan in collaboration with clients.
