Elwyn is seeking a Masters Level Clinician to join a multidisciplinary team providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients under clinical supervision. The role emphasizes person-centered, trauma-informed care and coordination to enhance community tenure and independence.

The clinician will develop and implement treatment plans, utilize evidence-based practices, and collaborate with families, clients, and the ACT Team to ensure timely and effective care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in behavioral healthcare and working with individuals with mental health conditions preferred
• Knowledge and practice of FHR, DPH, and DMH policies, regulations, and standards.
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license in state of residence, have a minimum of two years of driving experience within the United States, and may need to pass an Elwyn Road Test.

Responsabilités

• Integrates the Prism Model for effective treatment of serious and persistent mental illness into everyday practice and intervention.
• Provides person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed care
• Develops, writes, implements, evaluates, and revises the Community Service Plan with client collaboration
• Provides therapy utilizing evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT-P, CBT, DBT, CAMS, MI) and symptom management
• Documents client progress in the Electronic Health Record
