Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or psychology required.
• CAADC certification preferred but not required.
• Licensure in counseling (CAC, CCDP) desirable.
• Experience with addictions and behavioral health populations.
• Experience in group therapy.
• Willingness to work with adults, adolescents and dual-diagnosed patients.
• Demonstrates leadership and teamwork.
• Proficiency with common computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' drug and alcohol usage history and develop individualized interventions.
• Provide educational and therapeutic interventions, including patient education and individual/group sessions.
• Be flexible for reassignment to units serving varied populations (children to older adults).
• Collaborate with treatment team to support patient goals.
