Job summary

Penn Medicine's HUP Cedar location is seeking a full-time Addictions Counselor to join the team. The schedule is four 10s (7am–5pm) Monday through Thursday, providing clinical substance use services including individual and group counseling and case management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for role.
• Minimum 1 year of direct counseling experience with substance use populations.
• Education specialization in Psychology, Social Work, Social/Human Services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM screenings.
• Facilitate 1–2 group sessions daily.
• Coordinate and arrange aftercare services.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and delivery of care.
