The Augusta National Fellowship Program invites a senior or recent graduate to join a 10-month paid post‑graduate experience onsite in Augusta, Georgia. The Communications Fellow will support the club's communications strategy across multiple functions and contribute to Masters Tournament activities with confidentiality and discretion.
Responsibilities include editing and drafting content, assisting with press operations, monitoring media, and supporting marketing and internal communications.
This role is part of the Augusta National Fellowship Program, a 10-month, paid post‑graduate program based onsite in Augusta, Georgia. The program provides Fellows with hands‑on professional experience and meaningful opportunities to contribute within their respective areas while gaining exposure to Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament. The Communications Fellow reports to the Communications Manager and will provide support of Augusta National Golf Club’s communications strategy across a variety of functions. This position requires the highest attention to detail and is expected to support the planning and execution of press activities for the Masters Tournament and Masters Tournament Foundation ("MTF") events and initiatives. This position requires re‑location to Augusta, Ga., during the months of October through May. Like all positions at Augusta National, this fellow must maintain the strict confidentiality of all Club business.
