Atlas Manufacturing in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Precision Mechanical Subassembly Technician to turn blueprints into precisely assembled parts. You will work with rivet guns, power tools, and measuring tools alongside a supportive team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will review prints, assemble components to exact specs, perform in-process checks, keep a clean station, and report defects while following safety protocols and contributing to daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus).
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Comfort with basic math and measuring tools.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsabilités

• Review blueprints and work instructions to plan your build.
• Assemble mechanical components and hardware to exact specifications.
• Use rivet guns and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks, using measuring tools and basic math to verify accuracy.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and audit-ready to promote safety and flow.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Identify and report nonconformances or defects to your supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and take part in training and continuous improvement efforts.
