Job summary

CG Model Tek LLC in Tennessee is seeking an experienced programmer with 5-axis and complex surface experience to join our aerospace R&D shop. The ideal candidate will lead the current programming staff and elevate team capabilities in a fast‑moving, one‑of‑a‑kind environment serving aircraft, missiles and launch vehicles.

We offer full benefits (75% company paid), a 401K and a generous holiday schedule. Pay is $50–$65 per hour or $104K–$135K annually, with a $5K relocation allowance to help you

Qualifications

• 5+ years of programming experience in aerospace applications.
• Experience leading a programming team and improving capabilities.
• Strong background in 5-axis and complex surface programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead the current programming staff and guide capability improvements.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex aerospace components.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on high-precision surfaces and geometric accuracy.

We're an Aerospace R&D shop located in Tullahoma TN, looking for an experienced (5-7 yr min) programmer with 5-axis and complex surface experience. The perfect candidate would be able to lead the current programming staff as well as help improve their capabilities and knowledge.

Everything we do is one of a kind and related to the development of new aircraft, missiles, launch vehicles and more. It is a very dynamic environment in an exciting field.

We offer full benefits (75% company paid) along with a 401K and generous holiday schedule. Pay is between $50-$65/hr or salary of $104K to $135K . We do offer a $5K relocation assistance as well.
