Job summary

Treva Corporation, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer in Michigan to develop and optimize Mastercam programs for CNC mills and lathes. You will read blueprints, interpret GD&T, select tooling, and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality and efficiency.

Collaboration with production and engineering is essential. The role requires strong Mastercam skills, 3+ years of CNC programming, and familiarity with Haas or Fanuc controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Recent Mastercam experience required.
• Experience programming CNC mills, lathes, or both.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and workholding.
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Program CNC mills and lathes to meet production and quality requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, tooling, and workholding methods.
• Troubleshoot programming, machining, and setup issues.
• Support machine setups, prove-outs, and first-piece inspections.
• Maintain accurate programming documentation and revision records.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineering, and production personnel to improve cycle times and machining efficiency.
