Prismhr Hire seeks a Woodworker to execute core production operations including assembly, sanding, priming, and prepping custom wood doors for shipment. The role requires craftsmanship, attention to detail, and versatility across manufacturing stages to ensure top quality.

The position entails working in Backend / Production and may require overtime to meet strict delivery commitments. A strong focus on safety, housekeeping, and data accuracy is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is a plus.
• Proven woodworking experience, finish carpentry, or door manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a door manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Production Operations: perform sanding, priming, final assembly and shipping.
• Quality Control: own product quality and repair surface imperfections.
• Equipment Maintenance: perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools.
• Safety & Housekeeping: operate tools safely and keep area clean.
• Flexibility: work overtime to meet delivery commitments and schedules.
