Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in finishing/coating.
• Experience with finishing equipment calibration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow safety and housekeeping standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot spraying and finishing equipment.
• Prepare wood surfaces and mix coatings to achieve required finishes.
• Inspect products to ensure coatings meet quality standards.
• Load materials, move products safely through the finishing process.
• Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas.
