Job summary

TEiC in Duncan, OK invites skilled welders to join our projects pipeline. You will lay out, align and weld components fabricated to assemble structural forms such as machinery frames, tanks, and piping systems, following blueprints and metallurgy.

The role requires proficiency in SMAW, GTAW and GMAW welding, the ability to read specifications, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You may work in various positions and assist with material handling and setup on site.

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple welding processes per job requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and metallurgy specs.
• Pass employer performance tests or standard tests.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, align and weld components according to blueprints.
• Select pipes and equipment per specifications and plan layouts.
• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions as required.
• Follow safety rules, observe quality standards and assist other workers.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical Certification / NCCER preferred
