OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Fabricator/Welder in Oklahoma City to repair equipment and fabricate structural and piping components to precise specifications. You will read drawings, select materials, and perform welding operations (Stick, MIG, TIG) with supervision as needed.

The role requires 3-5 years of welding and fabrication experience, ability to obtain AWS D1.1 certification, and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds in a shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficiency in Stick, MIG, and TIG welding.
• Strong structural and pipe fabrication skills.
• Experience with pipe fitting, layout, and component fit-up.
• Ability to obtain AWS D1.1 certification upon hire; 6G welding qualification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and isometric drawings accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform Stick, MIG, and TIG welding to repair equipment and fabricate components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and isometrics to meet specs.
• Lay out and fabricate components per drawings with minimal supervision.
• Operate welding equipment and cutting tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished welds and ensure conformity to drawings and safety standards.
• Work extended hours to meet production needs.
