Qualifications

• Previous upholstery experience (beds, chairs, or similar furniture).
• Ability to read and follow work orders, diagrams, and measurements.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Apply upholstery materials to bed frames, headboards, chairs, and seating components.
• Inspect frames and materials for defects prior to upholstering.
• Ensure all finished products meet company standards for appearance, durability, and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate effectively with frame builders, cutters, and sewing teams.
