This role emphasizes hands-on craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork across the production line. Experience in upholstery preferred; certification is a plus, and weekly pay is provided to hourly staff.

Qualifications

• At least three years of upholstery experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and knowledge of furniture production processes.
• Certification in upholstery or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Upholster interior sections of chairs and sofas.
• Apply poly parts and cotton/dacryon to frames, shape arms, backs, and seats.
• Secure fabric with tacks and staple to ensure tight fittings.
• Stretch, shape, and align fabric for patterns and appearance.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout process.
