This player-coach role requires leading sessions, developing programs, and driving business development with a focus on client satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness coaching or related field.
• Proven leadership, coaching, or staff development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and consultations.
• Deliver private, semi-private, group, and B2B training.
• Develop individualized fitness programs.
• Support client retention, renewals, referrals, and satisfaction.
• Mentor trainers in programming, assessments, communication, and service delivery.
• Help maintain consistent service and safety standards.
