GYMGUYZ Eastside & South King County is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers across residences and offices in the Redmond area. You will mentor staff, drive client success, and shape the future of local fitness delivery.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE) certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
