Responsibilities:

• Motivate and train members one-on-one and collaborate with group trainers to create engaging group sessions.
• Customize training programs to align with members' goals and abilities, utilizing the latest equipment and resources.
• Conduct initial fitness consultations and monitor progress, fostering long-term relationships.
• Participate in ongoing education through programs like 'Train-the-Trainer'.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current CPR, AED, and nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE).
• Previous experience in personal training preferred.
• Familiarity with fitness management software (e.g., Club Ready, My Fitness Pal) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and motivation ability.
• Desire for continuous learning in fitness, health, and nutrition.
• Experience with corrective exercise, post-rehab, or injury prevention is advantageous.
