Performs moderately complex repair or construction of universityfacilities or property which require specialized training in theHVAC trade. Position performs the installation, maintenance, repairand troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, air conditioning(HVAC) and refrigeration components, equipment and systems for aUniversity campus consisting of approximately 200 buildings.Position's primary purpose is ensuring that all HVAC andrefrigeration systems and auxiliary equipment are in good workingorder and that any repairs are completed promptly and properly.Hours for this 4-day, 10-hour position are Sunday throughWednesday, 5:00 am-3:30 pm.
