Bloomington-Normal-Auto-Mall is seeking a full-time dealership administrator/receptionist for our Autohaus of Peoria Dealership. The role supports Sales and Service, greets customers, and interfaces with staff in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, quality service to all customers.
• Maintain excellent attendance; notify manager if unable to report.

• Handle complaints tactfully per dealership guidelines and involve a manager when needed.
• Answer calls promptly and route to appropriate parties.
• Assist with sorting and filing and other administrative duties.

We are currently looking for a full time reliable individual to fill a dealership administrator/receptionist role (days/evenings/Saturday) at our Autohaus of Peoria Dealership. You would be providing support to the Sale and Service Department as well as interfacing with customers on a regular basis. Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, quality service to all customers at all times
• Excellent attendance is expected, and call-ins must be made to your manager when you are unable to report to work
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner
• Answer all external and internal customer questions with honest and genuine concern
Ensure that customer complaints are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern, and according to dealership guidelines. Contact manager when appropriate
• Answer all phone calls promptly and route calls to appropriate parties. Messages will be taken when necessary
• Assist in other administrative duties including sorting and filing
• Attend all department and staff meetings
• Other duties as assigned.
