Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician for our Carmel, IN location. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to factory standards and building customer trust through quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills in formal training sessions to stay abreast with evolving automotive tech.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Located at NapletonItalian Imports(Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat) located in Carmel, Indiana. Carmel Indiana was recently voted the #1 Best Place to Live In America- by U.S. News. The Master Technician is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.
