Job summary

Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, IN seeks an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role offers a pay range of $75,000–$130,000 with incentive-based pay, plus relocation assistance, paid training and manufacturer certifications, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training sessions to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep store management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Located at NapletonItalian Imports(Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat) located in Carmel, Indiana. Carmel Indiana was recently voted the #1 Best Place to Live In America- by U.S. News. The Master Technician is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician required.
• ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
