Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group in Carmel, Indiana is seeking an Automotive Master Technician to repair and maintain vehicles to dealer and factory standards. The role focuses on diagnosing across brakes, fuel, electrical, suspension, A/C and more, with a strong emphasis on customer trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician required.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay
