Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Automotive Master Technician for Napleton Italian Imports (Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat) in Carmel, Indiana. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring adherence to dealer and factory standards while building trust with customers through quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Master Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training sessions to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
