Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Master Technician. Located at Napleton Italian Imports (Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat) in Carmel, IN, this role repairs and maintains vehicles to dealer and factory standards and builds customer trust through accurate diagnosis and repair.

We offer a pay range of $75,000-$130,000 with incentives, plus paid relocation, tool reimbursements, training, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay
