Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician for Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to dealer and factory standards, with a focus on quality and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems).
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Update technical skills in formal training sessions to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:
