This role focuses on identifying services, performing repairs and diagnostics to the highest standards, and maintaining CSI scores while advancing your career within the Hendrick Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealership technician experience.
• Master Technician designation (ASE Master where required).
• Completed manufacturer training including diagnostics, EV, diesel, and specialty vehicles.
• State inspection/emissions license as required by state.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Examine customer vehicles and identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics to manufacturer standards.
• Estimate cost of repairs and document services.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Request parts and utilize available technologies.
• Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards.
• Maintain organized, clean, safe work area.
• Record hours worked in timekeeping system.
• Participate in required training and stay current on manufacturer updates.
