Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

• Valid driver’s license and state inspection/emissions license required.
• Completed manufacturer training and ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examines customer vehicles and identifies necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance per dealership guidelines.
• Documents services performed and maintains accurate records.
• Follows safety policies and ensures clean, organized work area.
• Requests necessary parts and uses available technologies to enhance customer experience.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Participates in required training and adheres to company policies.
