Job summary

Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Concord is seeking a qualified Master Technician for our high-volume service team. You will identify service needs and perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics to manufacturer standards.

Compensation ranges from $30 to $50 per hour for senior technicians, with no-cost healthcare, tuition reimbursement, and extensive manufacturer training supporting your growth. Requirements include 5+ years of dealership experience, ASE Master designation (or

Qualifications

5+ years of dealership technician experience.
Designated Master Technician (ASE Master where required).
Completed manufacturer training including diagnostics, EV, diesel.
Completed necessary manufacturer training to perform all warranty repairs.
State inspection/emissions license as required by state.
Valid Driver's License required.
Thorough knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and manuals.

Responsibilities

Examine customer vehicles and identify necessary repairs.
Perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic services to manufacturer standards.
Estimate cost of repairs and document all services performed.
Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines on all repairs.
Request necessary parts and utilize available technologies.
Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Record all hours worked accurately in the timekeeping system.
Participate in required training and stay current on manufacturer updates.
