Job summary

DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS seeks a Master Technician to serve as a diagnostic consultant for vehicle repairs and service procedures. You will provide technical expertise, leadership, and guidance to other members of the service department, ensuring high-quality work and efficient shop operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of automotive repair experience, ASE certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
• Certified Master Technician with ASE certifications in relevant areas.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently, meeting high standards.
• Lead and mentor service department staff in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Coordinate with location managers on work orders, parts, and shop organization.
• Adhere to safety procedures and operate tools and equipment safely.
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians and service staff.
