Job summary

Napleton Maserati of Downers Grove is seeking an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair high-end vehicles to dealer and factory standards. The role emphasizes building customer trust through accurate diagnosis and quality repairs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as Master Technician, with German or high-line vehicle background; Aston Martin or Maserati experience is a plus. Relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician.
• German or high-line vehicle background.
• Aston Martin or Maserati experience is recommended.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
