Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician for our Downers Grove location, offering a challenging, fast-paced environment with strong growth opportunities.

You will diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, electrical, exhaust, A/C and engine systems to factory standards, explain findings to customers, and participate in ongoing training and certifications. Relocation assistance and competitive pay are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician.
• German or High line vehicle background required.
• Aston Martin or Maserati experience is recommended.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Located attheaward-winningAston Martin & Maserati of Downers Grove, Master Technicianisresponsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.
