Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Manufacture Certified automotive technician.
• Automotive technical training may be required depending on store needs.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance as outlined on the repair order in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs if authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety and reliability improvements.
• Document all work performed on each vehicle in the repair order.
• Maintain inventory of standard technician tools and stay updated with factory bulletins and trainings.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
