Germain Honda of Naples in Naples, FL is seeking an Experienced Service Technician/Honda Master Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Honda vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

You will join a team dedicated to high-quality service, stay current with Honda training, and contribute to a positive customer experience through precise workmanship and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Valid Honda Master Technician certification or equivalent dealership experience.
• Proven experience servicing Honda vehicles in a dealership or automotive service environment.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, with the ability to interpret technical manuals and automotive software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic examinations and repairs on Honda vehicles using OEM specifications and tools.
• Execute scheduled maintenance services including oil changes, brake repairs, tire replacements, and system inspections.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records and documentation for all repair work performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership policies while conducting all repair procedures.
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts department to streamline workflow and enhance customer experience.
• Stay current with Honda technical training and industry developments to provide top-tier service.
