Qualifications

• Must have Volkswagen Master Technician Certification or equivalent.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems and components.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and ensure vehicle safety and quality.
• Collaborate with service advisors to explain issues, recommend solutions, and estimate costs.
• Communicate with customers to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Complete repairs per manufacturer specifications, including warranty work.
• Stay up to date with latest VW technology and procedures.
