Job summary

Luther Brookdale Volkswagen in Minnesota is seeking a Master Level Auto Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair diverse vehicle systems. You will use diagnostic tools and standard test drives to monitor components and work efficiently to dealership specifications.

Responsibilities include clear communication with Service Advisors to outline needed services and ensuring warranty repairs meet manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow direction while working independently.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions.
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• ASE certifications are ideal.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, etc.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, special service equipment and standard test drives to monitor vehicle components and systems.
• Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications.
• Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors of needed services to ensure excellent customer communication.
• Ensure warranty repairs meet all manufacturer specifications.
