As a Master Technician, you'll be the expert for mechanical repairs, servicing guests' vehicles to ensure quality and satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promoting teamwork for timely and accurate guest care
• Providing excellent guest service with clear communication
• Maintaining a clean and presentable workstation
• Performing brake services, including replacing components and full brake flushes
• Diagnosing and repairing issues in braking, engine performance, suspension, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Using computer systems and apps like All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, etc., for estimates
• Road-testing vehicles before and after repairs
• Performing ancillary services such as fluid exchanges, fuel system cleaning, and tire rotations

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of automotive experience
• 1-2 years of brake system experience
• Experience training and supervising apprentices
• ASE certification in A5 - Brakes (required), and other certifications preferred
• Technical or trade school degree is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
