Del Amo Motorsports of Orange County in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Master Technician for a full-time role. You will diagnose, repair, and service motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft, ensuring quality work and timely completion.

A strong diagnostic capability and product familiarity are required, with a focus on mentoring teammates and maintaining customer relationships. We offer comprehensive benefits and a schedule Tuesday through Saturday with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a powersports technician required.
• Own M1 License and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with product lines sold in dealership.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft sold in the dealership.
• Perform full and complete diagnosis on service entries.
• Complete repair orders efficiently within scheduled time.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Meet deadlines and maintain productive, profitable work output.
• Maintain positive relations with employees and customers.

Del Amo Motorsports of Orange County is looking to hire a Master Technician to join our team.

This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range between $38.00 to $42.00. Pay range is determined based on individual's skillsets and experience.

Shop hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-7pm; Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday's and Monday's off.

You are a great fit if you can:

• Competently diagnose and repair any product sold in the dealerships; Motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’s and watercrafts.
• Accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.
• Complete a repair order efficiently and within scheduled amount of time.
• Train, mentor, and transfer skills/experience to other technicians.
• Meet deadlines and complete work in a productive and profitable manner.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all Del Amo employees and customers.
• Abide and comply with all dealership policies and compliances.
