Job summary

Del Amo Motorsports Group in Victorville, CA is seeking an Experienced B Level Technician at our brand-new Victorville location. This full-time role offers an hourly pay range of $26–$28 and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, 401K, and more.

Shop hours are Tue–Sun, 9am–6pm. The position reports to the Service Manager and requires 5+ years of powersports service experience, an M1 license, and strong technical skills to service motorcycles,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a powersports technician.
• Own M1 license and clean driving record.
• Technical and/or mechanical abilities.
• Familiarity with product lines sold in dealership.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and watercrafts sold by the dealership.
• Perform full and complete diagnosis on incoming service items.
• Complete repair orders efficiently within scheduled time.
• Train, mentor and transfer skills to other technicians.
• Meet deadlines and maintain productive, profitable work.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and customers.
• Abide by dealership policies and compliances.

Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire an B Level Technician at our brand-new Victorville location.

This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range between $26 to 28. Pay range is determined based on individual’s skillsets and experience.

Shop hours are Tuesday through Sunday 9am-6pm; Monday we’re gone riding.

You are a great fit if you can:

• Competently diagnose and repair any product sold in the dealerships; Motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’s and watercrafts.
• Accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.
• Complete a repair order efficiently and within scheduled amount of time.
• Train, mentor, and transfer skills/experience to other technicians
• Meet deadlines and complete work in a productive and profitable manner.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all Del Amo employees and customers.
• Abide and comply with all dealership policies and compliances.

Other Requirements and Skills:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions present at that time.
• Work performed in a shop setting, as well as exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives.
• Required to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools or controls.
• Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Required vision include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.

Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous motorcycle or automobile service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

This position reports directly to the Service Manager.
