Job summary

Del Amo Motorsports in Victorville seeks an experienced B Level Technician for our new location. You will diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and watercraft, and manage repair orders efficiently.

You will mentor other technicians, meet deadlines, and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff while following dealership policies. This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a powersports technician required.
• Own M1 License and clean driving record.
• Technical and/or Mechanical abilities.
• Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and watercrafts.
• Complete a repair order efficiently within the scheduled time.
• Train, mentor and transfer skills to other technicians.
• Meet deadlines and work productively and profitably.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and customers.
• Adhere to dealership policies and compliance.
