Qualifications

• Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience with material handling or heavy equipment, with a track record of teaching or leading teams.
• Master-Level Expertise: Expert technical experience (formal schooling or certifications highly preferred).
• Fully Equipped: Possession of a comprehensive, professional-grade toolset.
• Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel quarterly to train technicians at our locations across the country.
