Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, including suspension work, tire service, and auto estimating.
  • Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge and expertise to efficiently complete service requests.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Adhere to dealership standards and guidelines for quality and safety.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systems.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in various automotive systems.
  • Experience working as a service technician in a dealership setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with air brake systems is a plus.
  • Automotive Technician: 5+ years (Preferred) — listed separately for clarity.
  • License: ASE Certification (Preferred)
