• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues on Stellantis vehicles.
• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics using manufacturer-specific tools and software.
• Complete detailed inspections, quality control checks, and repair documentation.
• Mentor and support fellow technicians with technical guidance.
• Follow manufacturer procedures, safety standards, and repair specifications.
• Communicate technical findings and repair recommendations to service advisors.

Now Hiring: Master Technician

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Pay: Up to $39.68/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM

We are seeking a highly experienced Master Technician to join a leading automotive team in Auburn Hills, MI. This is Stellantis' highest-level technician classification and is intended for seasoned professionals with extensive dealership experience and advanced diagnostic expertise. This is not an entry-level opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues on Stellantis vehicles
• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics using manufacturer-specific tools and software
• Complete detailed inspections, quality control checks, and repair documentation
• Mentor and support fellow technicians with technical guidance
• Follow manufacturer procedures, safety standards, and repair specifications
• Communicate technical findings and repair recommendations to service advisors

Qualifications

• Master ASE Certification required
• 10+ years of automotive technician experience
• Extensive dealership experience required
• Strong electrical, diagnostic, and computer troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must supply personal tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Chrysler dealership training
• Prior Chrysler/Stellantis vehicle experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
