Qualifications

• Excellent technical tailoring skills with knowledge of materials and sewing techniques.
• Fitting experience required, preferably in a high luxury environment.
• Strong garment construction understanding and pattern-making skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador by presenting garment details and providing personalized styling recommendations during fittings.
• Work with clients on the sales floor to help drive sales through expert technical knowhow and confidence-building.
• Complete work utilizing expert sewing skills, accurately and on time.
• Communicate expected timelines for all garment repairs and alterations.
• Provide solutions with the General Manager and coordinate with Sales Associates to address client concerns efficiently.
• Act as a team player by supporting the workload of other tailor team members as needed.
• Standout tailoring and fitting work in a high luxury environment.
