Summary

The Tailor is responsible for delivering expert in-store tailoring and alterations to ensure clients' ready-to-wear pieces meet their exact specifications. This role partners closely with Client Advisors to provide custom tailoring, repairs, fittings and styling advice while preserving the brand's craftsmanship and finish. The Tailor must deliver precise, high-quality workmanship and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Perform alterations, custom tailoring, repairs, fittings and final finishing on ready-to-wear garments.
• Interpret, replicate, construct and deconstruct intricate garments to achieve client specifications.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors to assess client needs, manage appointments and communicate timelines.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, garment care and in-store tailoring operations.

Requirements

• Extensive ready-to-wear tailoring skills and proven experience with complex garments.
• Exceptional eye for detail and precision in construction and finishing.
• Strong communication and client service skills with the ability to work collaboratively in-store.
