Qualifications

• Experience operating sewing machines and pressing equipment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to take measurements and perform alterations with accuracy.
• Strong customer-service focus and attention to detail.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations (hemming, waist and seat adjustments, sleeve adjustments, etc.)
• Ensure garments meet quality standards and are properly finished
• Press and finish garments for customer pickup
• Assist with inventory and front-of-house tasks as needed
• Provide tailoring guidance and fit recommendations to customers
